  • Shipping & Delivery

    For next day delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon with completed payment authorization and stock availability. (We advise that all customers call to check stock availability as web site stocks can be incorrect on high demand seasons such as Christmas)

    Deliveries under £100 will be charged at £4.99 to be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post. If you require next day Delivery on orders under £100 the postage will be £7.99. (This can be added at check out)

    Goods delivered with the FREE delivery are on all orders over £100 and will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded Delivery and if next day delivery is required a charge of £7.99 will apply. (This can be added at check out)

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of confirmed payment. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class are usually delivered within 4-5 days of dispatch but please allow up to 7 working days for any possible late delays. (Although Outrage Fightwear do everything possible to get goods to you as quickly and efficiently as possible we do not accept liability for Royal Mail and their tardiness)

    Large Items such as punch bags or heavy bags depending on the weight and destination will incur additional costs. (Please call for a delivery charges)

  • Returns & Replacements

    Return products must be received within 7 days of receiving your Item in the original packaging with all the labels and tags still attached and un-worn then a full refund will be put back on the card paid with. If these are not received in the 7 day and in perfect sell-able condition, we have the right to refuse the return and the item is yours to keep with the return postage paid by the customer.

    If any product that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct size for you then we will exchange it for the correct size provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing "as new" and in a resalable condition including all labels and tags. If there is a problem then please contact Outrage Fightwear and speak to one of our team.

    If any product that is purchased and found to be faulty we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging including labels & tags and the fault is notified to us. The replacement is at the discretion of the management/technician.

    We want you to be confident that you have the full support of our technical team when making a purchase and should you find any faults with any products your first contact should be to us letting us know the problem, giving us as much detail as you can and one of our team will let you know of the best action to take. If the item needs to be returned we will do everything to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. (This will not affect your statutory rights).

    Please contact Outrage Fightwear before returning any unwanted items. A full refund (minus the cost of posting the item to you) can be issued for any unused returned goods. A standard restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all unwanted items and credited to the same card as purchased on only or Outrage Vouchers.

    Please contact Outrage Fightwear before returning any items. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then a free exchange can be made. Postage will be the responsibility of the customer and not Outrage Fightwear

    When returning goods please enclose original receipt, the Return’s Note (with the name of the person you spoke to) and all of your contact details (including daytime phone), credit card details (not the security code as a member of staff will contact you for this for security reasons) and a note of why the goods are being returned. It is essential that this is filled out and attached to your original receipt when returning the item. If this is not filled in and returned then your request will not be processed.

  • Order Information

    Cancellations:
    You may cancel your order and receive and refund if your cancel your order within 5 working days of receiving any goods and a 10% re-stocking charge will apply. All return shipping cost will be down to the customer/purchaser unless you request that the goods be collected then a handling and admin charge of 20% will apply.

    All cancellations must be notified firstly by telephone call to obtain a cancellation ref along with the Outrage Fightwear member of staff and followed by an email with the details obtained from the call including ref number.

    VAT:
    Any orders placed will incur a standard 20% VAT and this is included into all prices shows in any catalogue or on Web Site

    Customer Service & Satisfaction:
    Just like every business we would like all our customers to return for all the MMA, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu needs so if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service please do not hesitate to contact an on duty Manager and we will do our up most to rectify any problems you may have injured during your purchase or possibly make changes in the near future where possible.

    Please email as complaints to [email protected] and we will promise to reply within 1-2 working days and resolve if possible with 5 working days after our reply.

    We will always endeavour to ship all packages same day even after cut off point as part of our ongoing customer satisfaction but reserve the rights to ship next day depending on levels of demand and stock allocation depending on time of order.
